FREE UK delivery on orders over £25
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, any available tracking or delivery information will be sent to the email address provided with your order.
Returns & Cancellations
We hope you’ll love your order, but if you change your mind, you can contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you’d like to return it. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Returned products must be unused, unopened and in their original condition where applicable. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain sealed goods may not be eligible for return once the seal has been broken.
Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the cost of returning an unwanted item is the customer’s responsibility.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or we’ve sent you the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put things right. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received, or you provide evidence that it has been returned where applicable, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
